ให้ บตท. ยังคงตั้งอยู่ตราบเท่าเวลาที่จำเป็นเพื่อดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือดำเนินการอื่นใดที่ค้างอยู่ให้แล้วเสร็จ แต่ไม่เกินสองร้อยเจ็ดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ใช้บังคับ
