ข้อ ๗ ในกรณีที่ผู้แจ้งมิได้ครอบครองวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ตามที่ได้แจ้งไว้ ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุสูญหาย หรือเหตุอื่นใด ให้ผู้แจ้งยื่นคำขอยกเลิกการครอบครองวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ พร้อมด้วยใบรับแจ้ง และเอกสาร หรือหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอดังกล่าวต่อเลขาธิการภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่มิได้ครอบครอง วัสดุนิวเคลียร์ดังกล่าว
