Section ๓๓

ข้อ ๓๓ ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการที่ราชพัสดุพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบโครงการตามข้อ ๒3 แล้ว และเห็นว่าการคัดเลือกเอกชนโดยใช้วิธีประมูลจะไม่ได้ผลดีหรือไม่ควรกระทำโดยใช้วิธีประมูล ตามที่หน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการเสนอ คณะกรรมการที่ราชพัสดุจะพิจารณาให้คัดเลือกเอกชนโดยวิธีคัดเลือก ตามข้อ 34 หรือวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจงตามข้อ 35 ก็ได้
