Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ ธุรกิจสถาบันการเงิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๒๗มกราคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ เป็นปีที่ ๖๓ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้า ฯให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว่าด้วยการธนาคารพาณิชย์และกฎหมายว่า ด้วยการประกอบธุ กิจเงินทุน ธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ และธุรกิจเครดิตฟองซิเอร์ รวมเข้าเป็ฉบับเดียวกัน พระราชบัญญัตินี้มีบทบัญญัติบางประการเกี่ยวกับการจำกัดสิทธิและเสรีภาพของ บุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ประกอบกับมาตรา ๓๑มาตรา ๓๓มาตรา ๓๖มาตรา ๓๙มาตรา ๔๑และ มาตรา ๔๓ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตาม บทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ดังต่อไปนี้
