ถ้ามีคำแจ้งความปิดไว้ในโรงแรมโฮเต็ล หรือสถานที่อื่นทำนอง เช่นว่านี้ เป็นข้อความยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดของเจ้าสำนักไซร้ ท่านว่าความนั้นเป็นโมฆะ เว้นแต่คนเดินทางหรือแขกอาศัยจะได้ตกลงด้วยชัดแจ้งในการยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดดั่งว่า นั้น
