ในข้อความรับผิดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนเพื่ อทรัพย์สินของคน เดินทางหรือของแขกอาศัยสูญหายหรือบุบสลายนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่ วันที่คนเดินทางหรือแขกอาศัยออกไปจากสถานที่นั้น
