ให้คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจในการอนุมัติจัดสรรเงินกองทุนตามมาตรา ๑๘

(๑) ในวงเงินไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยล้านบาท ถ้าวงเงินเกินหนึ่งร้อยล้านบาท ต้องได้รับอนุมัติจากคณะรัฐมนตรี เล่ม ๑๒๘ ตอนที่ ๑๖ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๗ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๔
