ให้ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานระบบบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินอยู่ใน วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เลขาธิการสถาบันจนกว่าจะแต่งตั้งเลขาธิการตาม พระราชบัญญัตินี้ แต่ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
