สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกา พระราชบัญญัติ คนเขาเมือง พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ใหไวณวันที่ ๒๔กุมภาพันธ0 พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ เป1นป2ที่ ๓๔ในรัชกาลป4จจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพ ใหประกาศว9า โดยที่เป1นการสมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว9าดวยคนเขาเมือง จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกลาฯ ใหตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว โดยคำแนะนำและ ยินยอมของสภานิติบัญญัติแห9งชาติ ทำหนาที่รัฐสภา ดังต9อไปนี้
