Section ๒๑๑

ผู้นำของเข้าหรือผู้ส่งของออกผู้ใดไม่จัดให้มีเครื่องหมายหรือเลขหมายกำกับหีบห่อ หรือภาชนะบรรจุของ หรือไม่แสดงเครื่องหมายหรือเลขหมายไว้ในเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับของนั้น ต้องระวางโทษปรับ ไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๕๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๗ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๐
