Section ๒๓๓

ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๑๒ ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๑๑๕ หรือมาตรา ๑๒๙ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตจัดตั้งคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บน โรงพักสินค้า หรือที่มั่นคงผู้ใด เมื่อได้แจ้งการเลิก การดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๑๒๙ แล้ว แต่ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๑๓๐ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องระวางโทษปรับ ไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๕๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๗ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๐
