Section ๒๔๘

ในกรณีที่มีการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๒๔๒ เกิดขึ้นในเรือที่มีระวางบรรทุกเกิน สองร้อยห้าสิบตันกรอสหรืออากาศยาน หากนายเรือหรือผู้ควบคุมอากาศยานนั้นไม่ใช้ความระมัดระวัง ในการป้องกันมิให้มีการกระทำความผิดนั้น ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าแสนบาท
