Section ๒๕๖

ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๒๕๗ บรรดาความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ถ้าบุคคลนั้น ยินยอมใช้ค่าปรับ หรือได้ทำความตกลง หรือทำทัณฑ์บน หรือให้ประกันตามที่อธิบดีเห็นสมควรแล้ว อธิบดีจะงดการฟ้องร้องเสียก็ได้ และให้ถือว่าคดีเลิกกันตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณา ความอาญา ในกรณีที่อธิบดีเห็นสมควรจะฟ้องบุคคลใดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้บันทึกเหตุผลในการฟ้อง ผู้กระทำความผิดไว้ด้วย
