นายเรือผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๗๒ มาตรา ๗๔ มาตรา ๗๗ มาตรา ๘๐ มาตรา ๘๒ วรรคสอง มาตรา ๘๔ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๘๕ ประกอบกับมาตรา ๗๗ หรือ มาตรา ๑๘๕ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๕๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๗ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๐
