ผู้ใดลักลอบเปิดคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บน โรงพักสินค้า หรือที่มั่นคง หรือล่วงเข้าไป ถึงของที่อยู่ในคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บน โรงพักสินค้า หรือที่มั่นคงนั้น โดยไม่มีเหตุอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
