Section ๒๒๗

ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๘๖ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามเดือน ถึงสิบปี หรือปรับเป็นเงินสี่เท่าของราคาของซึ่งได้รวมค่าอากรเข้าด้วยแล้ว หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และให้ริบของ ที่เกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิดดังกล่าว ไม่ว่าจะมีผู้ถูกลงโทษตามคำพิพากษาหรือไม่
