Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ รถยนต์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๘พฤษภาคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ เป็นปีที่ ๓๔ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว่าด้วยรถยนต์ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ทำหน้าที่รัฐสภาดังต่อไปนี้

มาตรา ๕(๑๔)แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติรถยนต์ (ฉบับที่ ๑๓)พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ มาตรา ๕(๑๕)แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติรถยนต์ (ฉบับที่ ๑๓)พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ มาตรา ๕(๑๕/๑)เพิ่มโดยพระราชบัญญัติรถยนต์ (ฉบับที่ ๑๓)พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ มาตรา ๕วรรคหนึ่ง แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติรถยนตร์(ฉบับที่ ๑๐)พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ มาตรา ๖๑๓ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดใช้รถดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) รถที่ยังมิได้จดทะเบีย (๒) รถที่ถูกเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียน (๓) รถที่ยังมิได้เสียภาษีประจำปี (๔) รถที่แจ้งการไม่ใช้รถ (๕) รถที่ทะเบียนระงับ

มาตรา ๒๕วรรคสองเพิ่มโดยพระราชบัญญัติรถยนต์(ฉบับที่ ๑๓)พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗

มาตรา ๕๘๗๒ ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงออกตามมาตรา ๕(๒) (๓) (๕) (๖) (๗) (๘) (๙) (๑๐)(๑๑)(๑๕)หรือ(๑๖)ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพับาท
