ผู้ใดไม่มาให้ถ้อยคำหรือยื่นคำชี้แจงแสดงข้อเท็จจริงต่อนาย ทะเบียนหรือผู้ตรวจการตามหนังสือเรียกตามมาตรา ๕๗สัตต วรรคหนึ่ง หรือฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตาม คำสั่งของนายทะเบียนหรือผู้ตรวจการซึ่งสั่งตามมาตรา ๕๗สัตตวรรคสองต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกิน หนึ่งพันบาท
