Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ บริษัทมหาชนจำกัด พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ณวันที่ ๒๙มีนาคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ เป็นปีที่ ๔๗ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว่าด้วยบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอมของสภา นิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ทำหน้าที่รัฐสภา ดังต่อไปนี้
