นอกจากการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระตามมาตรา ๗๑กรรมการพ้นจากตำแหน่งเมื่อ

(๑) ตาย

(๒) ลาออก

(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติ หรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖๘

(๔) ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นลงมติให้ออกตามมาตรา ๗๖

(๕) ศาลมีคำสั่งให้ออก
