ให้ผู้เริ่มจัดตั้งบริษัทหรือบริษัทจัดส่งเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการเสนอขายหุ้นต่อประชาชนที่ต้อง จัดทำและส่งให้หน่วยงานตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ โดยส่งให้นายทะเบียนหนึ่งชุดภายใน สิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ส่งให้แก่หน่วยงานดังกล่าวแก่นายทะเบียนตามหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการและเงื่อนไขที่นายทะเบียนกำหนด
