ในกรณีที่บริษัทจัดตั้งสำนักงานสาขาเพื่อดำเนินกิจการของบริษัทไม่ว่าในหรือนอก ราชอาณาจักรให้ขอจดทะเบียนสำนักงานสาขาก่อนดำเนินการ ในกรณีที่บริษัทเลิกสำนักงานสาขา ให้ขอจดทะเบียนเลิกสำนักงานสาขาภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่ วันที่เลิกสำนักงานสาขานั้น
