Section ๑๓

ถ้านายทะเบียนเห็นว่าชื่อของบริษัทใดที่ขอจดทะเบียนไม่ว่าชื่อนั้นจะเป็นภาษาไทย หรือภาษาต่างประเทศ เหมือนหรือคล้ายกับชื่อของบริษัทหรือบริษัทเอกชนที่ยื่นหรือที่จดทะเบียนไว้ก่อน ให้นายทะเบียนปฏิเสธการขอจดทะเบียนนั้นและแจ้งให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนทราบ
