ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๒๖๕ มาใช้บังคับกับนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรี ด้วย เว้นแต่เป็นการดำรงตำแหน่งหรือดำเนินการตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย และจะดำรงตำแหน่งใด ในห้างหุ้นส่วน บริษัท หรือองค์การที่ดำเนินธุรกิจโดยมุ่งหาผลกำไรหรือรายได้มาแบ่งปันกัน หรือ เป็นลูกจ้างของบุคคลใดก็มิได้ด้วย
