Section ๑๙๙

ศาลทหารมีอำนาจพิจารณาพิพากษาคดีอาญาที่ผู้กระทำความผิดเป็นบุคคล ซึ่งอยู่ในอำนาจศาลทหารและคดีอื่น ทั้งนี้ ตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติ การจัดตั้ง วิธีพิจารณาคดี และการดำเนินงานของศาลทหาร ตลอดจนการแต่งตั้งและการให้ตุลาการ ศาลทหารพ้นจากตำแหน่ง ให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติ
