การขออนุญาตและการอนุญาตตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้เป็นไปตาม หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงและในกรณีเฉพาะเรื่อง ถ้ารัฐมนตรี เห็นสมควรจะกำหนดให้ผู้รับอนุญาตปฏิบัติเพิ่มเติมประการใดอี ก็ได้ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจสั่งต่ออายุใบอนุญาตที่ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ได้เมื่อเห็นสมควร
