Section ๕๗ เบญจ

เบญจ ผู้ขับรถยนต์สาธารณะหรือรถจักรยานยนต์าธารณะต้องพา คนโดยสารไปยังสถานที่ที่ว่าจ้างตามเส้นทางที่สั้นหรือถึงที่หมายเร็วที่สุด หรือเส้นทางที่ไม่อ้อมเกิน ควรและต้องส่งคนโดยสาร สถานที่ตามที่ตกลงกันไว้ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ขับรถตามวรรคหนึ่ง พาคนโดยสารไปทอดทิ้งระหว่างทางไม่ว่าด้วย ประการใดๆ
