Section ๑๗๗

ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๑๗๕ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องดำเนินการชำระบัญชีให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน ห้าปีนับแต่วันจดทะเบียนเลิกบริษัท ถ้าครบกำหนดห้าปีแล้วยังชำระบัญชีไม่แล้วเสร็จ ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องทำรายงาน ชี้แจงเหตุผลต่อนายทะเบียนทุกสามเดือน และให้นายทะเบียนมีอำนาจสั่งให้ผู้ชำระบัญชีปฏิบัติการอย่างหนึ่ง อย่างใดเพื่อเร่งรัดการชำระบัญชีได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร
