ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือหุ้นของบริษัทตายหรือล้มละลายอันเป็นเหตุให้บุคคลใดมีสิทธิในหุ้นนั้น ถ้าบุคคลนั้นได้นำหลักฐานที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายมาแสดงครบถ้วนแล้วให้บริษัทลงทะเบียนและออกใบหุ้นให้ใหม่ ภายในหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่วันได้รับหลักฐานครบถ้วน
