ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๙๓มาตรา ๙๕หรือมาตรา ๑๕๖ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงสามปี และปรับตั้งแต่หกหมื่นบาทถึงสามแสนบาทและปรับอีก ไม่เกินวันละสามพันบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนอยู่
