ผู้ใดให้ถ้อยคำอันเป็นเท็จต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งอาจทำให้ผู้อื่นหรือ ประชาชนเสียหายต้องระวางโทษจำคุ ไม่เกินหกเดือน และปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท
