การหยุดรถหรือการจอดรถในทางเดินรถนอกเขตเทศบาลผู้ขับขี่ต้อง หยุดรถหรือจอดรถณที่ซึ่งผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งขับรถอื่นจะเห็นได้ในระยะไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งร้อยห้าสิบเมตร
