อสังหาริมทรัพย์อาจต้องตกอยู่ในบังคับสิทธิเก็บกินอันเป็นเหตุ ให้ผู้ทรงสิทธินั้นมีิทธิครอบครองใช้และถือเอาซึ่งประโยชน์แห่งทรัพย์สินนั้น ผู้ทรงสิทธิเก็บกินมีอำนาจจัดการทรัพย์สิน ผู้ทรงสิทธิเก็บกินในป่าไม้ เหมืองแร่ หรือที่ขุดหิน มีสิทธิท การแสวงประโยชน์ จากป่าไม้ เหมืองแร่ หรือที่ขุดหินนั้น
