เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๖๒ ก หนา้ ๑๓ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๓ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดประเภท ชนิด และขนำดของโรงงำน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในบทนิยำมคำว่ำ “โรงงำน” ในมาตรา ๕ มาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติ โรงงำน (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
