Section ๒๙๔

ให้สภาร่างรัฐธรรมนูญและคณะกรรมาธิการยกร่างรัฐธรรมนูญตามรัฐธรรมนูญ แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย (ฉบับชั่วคราว) พุทธศักราช ๒๕๔๙ สิ้นสุดลงในวันประกาศใช้รัฐธรรมนูญนี้ เพื่อประโยชน์แห่งการขจัดส่วนได้เสีย ห้ามมิให้กรรมาธิการยกร่างรัฐธรรมนูญลงสมัคร รับเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรหรือดำรงตำแหน่งสมาชิกวุฒิสภาภายในสองปี นับแต่วันที่พ้น จากตำแหน่งตามวรรคหนึ่ง
