ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการตามมาตรา ๓๕
(๑) มาตรา ๔๐ วรรคสี่ หรือมาตรา ๔๔ โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร หรือฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๔๖ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน หกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
