เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๕๒ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๒ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๗ กฎกระทรวง การอนุญาตผลิต นำเข้า ส่งออก หรือจำหน่าย วัตถุออกฤทธิ์ในประเภท ๓ หรือประเภท ๔ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ประมวลกฎหมาย ยาเสพติด พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ และมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๓๕ วรรคสาม มาตรา ๓๖ มาตรา ๓๗ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๔๐ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
