ในกรณีที่ผู้เสียภาษีมิได้ชำระภาษีภายในเวลาที่กำหนด แต่ต่อมาได้ชำระภาษี ภายในเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในหนังสือแจ้งเตือนตามมาตรา ๖๑ ให้เสียเบี้ยปรับร้อยละยี่สิบของจำนวน ภาษีค้างชำระ
