ผู้ใดไม่แจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างตามที่กำหนดไว้ ในมาตรา ๓๓ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท
