[๑] พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เป็นต้นไป 1[๑] ราชกิจจานุเบกษาเล่ม ๑๑๖/ตอนที่๗๔ก/หน้า ๑/๑๙สิงหาคม๒๕๔๒ มาตรา ๓ บรรดาบทกฎหมายกฎข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ ประกาศและคำสั่งอื่นในส่วนที่ได้ บัญญัติไว้แล้วในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือซึ่งขัดหรือแย้งกับบทแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้แทน
