ชายหรือหญิ ซึ่งมีสัญชาติไทยและได้ ละสัญชาติไทยในกรณีที่ได้สมรส กับคนต่างด้าวตามมาตรา ๑๓ถ้าได้ขาดจากการสมรสแล้วไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด ๆย่อมมีสิทธิขอกลับคืน สัญชาติไทยได้๓๐ การขอกลับคืนสัญชาติไทยให้ยื่นแสดงความจำนงต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามแบบ และวิธีการที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
