[๔๔] ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของเจ้าพนักงานสาธารณสุขตามมาตรา ๔๖วรรคสองโดย ไม่มีเหตุหรือข้อแก้ตัวอันสมควร หรือขัดขวางการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าพนักงานสาธารณสุข ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่ เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
