ผู้ออกหุ้นกู้ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๔๔ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้า แสนบาทและปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละหนึ่งหมื่นบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังมิได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
