สมาคมที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับธุ กิจหลักทรัพย์ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตาม มาตรา ๒๓๖ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละสามพันบาท ตลอดเวลาที่ยังมิได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
