ในเวลาที่มีแสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอที่ผู้ขับขี่จะมองเห็นรถที่จอดในทางเดิน รถได้โดยชัดแจ้งในระยะไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งร้อยห้าสิบเมตร ผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งจอดรถในทางเดิ รถหรือไหล่ทาง ต้องเปิดไฟหรือใช้แสงสว่างตามประเภท ลักษณะและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
