พระราชกฤษฎีกา กำหนดอัตราภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๑๐ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ เป็นปีที่ ๖ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดอัตราภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๗๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และมาตรา ๓๗ วรรคห้า แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ จึงทรง พระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
