ราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม ๑๒๖ ตอนที่ ๙๔ ก ๑๘ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๒ พระราชบัญญัติ จัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดที่อำเภอฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๒ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๒๖พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๒ เป็นปีที่ ๖๔ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้า ฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรจัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดขึ้นที่อำเภอฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้า ฯ ให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของรัฐสภา ดังต่อไปนี้
