Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ ควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ วันที่ ๘พฤษภาคมพ.ศ.๒๕๒๒ เป็นปีที่ ๓๔ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรด เกล้า ฯให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว่าด้วยการควบคุมการก่อสร้างอาคารและ กฎหมายว่าด้วยการควบคุมการก่อสร้างในเขตเพลิงไหม้ และรวมเป็นกฎหมายฉบับเดียวกัน จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้ ฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและ ยินยอมของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ทำหน้าที่รัฐสภา ดังต่อไปนี้
